Rapper Lil Uzi Vert gets a $24 million diamond pierced to his forehead

When it comes to fashion, there are more than a few who think you can never be too gaudy. Personally, we don’t get it, but that’s probably because we’ve never had the money to. If we were loaded to the gills, we might rock around town wearing the loudest s**t we could. After all, that’s half the fun, right. Still, some people take it even further, happily enduring pain in the name of fashion. Take rapper Lil Uzi Vert for example. His latest showpiece is wildly expensive and fairly painful to boot. Check it out…

All right, if you follow the man’s social media accounts, you’ll be all over this already, but he’s recently spent some time sharing the news that he’s just had his forehead pierced so he can wear a rare pink diamond worth 24 million Ozzy dollarydoos front and centre.

Last month, he announced that he’s been paying for a rare-as-f**k pink diamond worth more than his home and cars combined since 2017.

On January 30, he tweeted, “I’ve been paying for a natural pink diamond from Elliot for years now. This one stone cost so much I’ve been paying for it since 2017. That was the first time I saw a real natural pink diamond. A lot of M’s in my face.”

A few days later, he showed it off for the first time in a video. He captioned that one by saying ‘Beauty is pain,” and revealed that it’s 10 almost 11 carats.

From there, rapper CEO Slow shared some screen grabs of the accessory, revealing that it was legit. “He really went (and) did it. 24 mill on his head.”

On that same day, Lil Uzi explained the process in an Instagram story. “I just got a long bar in it because I just got it pierced and its swelling. When the swelling goes down I’ll get a short bar so that it doesn’t move.”

Pink diamonds are pretty much the rarest diamonds you can find and are thought to be becoming rarer.

Final thought: Yeah, each to their own and all that, but what do you lot reckon? Is this something you would do. We reckon it’s easy to naysay, but you can’t take it all with you when you go; might as well spend it on s**t that makes you happy.
