Seth Rogen telling ignorant boofheads to f**k off is pure gold
2020 certainly seems to be something of a monumental year. No matter which way you look at it, it keeps throwing big s**t up for us to deal with, and the latest round of Black Lives Matter protests are another sign that s**t needs to change, not just in the States, but across the world. As one of many celebrities voicing his solidarity and support for the cause, Seth Rogen has been busy on his socials.
Of course, what that means for the popular actor is that loads of people who follow him but don’t support his politics have to explain that and tell him he’s wrong. For being compassionate and ultimately anti-racist. Yeah, nah, it doesn’t make sense to us either.
As you probably know, though, if there’s one thing Rogen does well, it’s say ‘f**k’. And this s**t is giving him a good reason to put the word to use. In various contexts. And, if you ask us, it’s just about impossible to read his responses to various people who want to point out that ‘all lives matter’, not just black ones, and not hear his big deep voice.
Spent the last 15 minutes watching Seth Rogen actively reply to his BLM post telling racists to fuck off and I hope this man is having an amazing day pic.twitter.com/XxiBGjx4er

And it’s worth mentioning – without trying to patronise – that the all lives matter claim is just about as redundant as a fart in a whirlwind. Not only is this not the time to kind of obsequiously point out that white lives matter too, but if you argue with the phrase black lives matter, you’re kind of missing the point.
Anyway, Rogen’s not interested in educating people. It’s hard to argue with that, because while we like to give the benefit of the doubt, it’s usually a fruitless venture, and we make Rogen right. Those people can f**k off.

Final thought: We’ll keep this really f**ken simple. Black lives matter. Everywhere. And that includes here at home where our Aboriginal populations are still routinely shafted by systematically racist laws like the three strikes policy.
