Who doesn’t bloody well love some them some Deadpool! For a poor b*stard who started life as a one-off bad guy in the pages of New Mutants #98, where he got beat up and sent away in a packing box, he’s done all right for himself. He’s now one of Marvel Comics’ flagship characters and the star of multiple titles, a videogame and two movies. What if we told you, that’s not enough though? It seems the off-colour canuck has invaded a whole bunch of other DVD titles!

To celebrate the release of Deadpool 2, the character – as famously portrayed by Ryan Reynolds – has hijacked the sh*t out of a whole bunch of other films. Check it out – there are new slipcovers featuring the merc with a mouth posing as the star of Predator, The Terminator, Office Space and loads more.

Unfortunately, the regenerating degenerate hasn’t taken over the actual movies – and how bloody good would that be. Imagine if someone had digitally altered those movies to include DP.

Instead of Ah-nold telling a young Edward Furlong to ‘get down’ before he blasts holes in the T-1000, you could watch Deadpool do the same thing. Imagine if you could watch Deadpool smash the living sh*t out of a dodgy photocopier in Office Space. Imagine if you could watch him go toe to toe with the predator! Tell me that wouldn’t be awesome.

Of course, as you can see from the images, there is a bunch of Marvel movie covers there too. Unfortunately there’s no bloody Avengers ones, which would be f**ken grouse, particularly because he’s an on and off team member in the comics and even more sadly, there’s no Spider-Man. Those two have an awesome history in the funny books, but as you’ve probably figured, the different film rights mean that team-up just isn’t possible.

Final thought: The Deadpool 2 marketing team has their sh*t together. The different promos they come up with are always fresh and interesting, but perhaps best of all they always just feel like bonus content. That’s a bloody good thing!
