You can now buy Avatar and Total Recall inspired adult robots

In a move that’s probably a surprise to no one, it seems like the nerdlingers and sci-fi junkies have been among the first to really grasp the idea of the much vaunted “adult” bot. In saying that, we don’t mean to stereotype a group that’s routinely written off as a bunch of losers living in their parents’ basements; it’s just that there’s been enough demand for robots that look an awful lot like blue-skinned Avatar character Neytiri and that chick with the three b00bs from Total Recall for Silicone Lovers, a company that makes AI bots for adult purposes, to have already put them on the market.

As you may or may not be aware, these bots have already been the subject of much discussion. Plenty of that discussion’s been negative and has focused on the fact some of the artificially intelligent dolls look a bit young for most people, but you’ve gotta say that if someone’s always harboured the fantasy of roleplaying like Captain Kirk and banging a blue-skinned alien, this is a pretty fair dinkum way to make that happen.

The ‘Avatar’ doll will be released alongside a pink-haired doll with three norks a la Total Recall and Silicone Lovers co-founder Louie Love reckons there’ll be more sci-fi-themed dolls released next year.

He reckons there’s a huge demand for the dolls because, “Each doll offers a unique experience entirely as they are fully customisable. From the head to the toenails, to body shape, vajayjay style and hair style, freckles and tattoos, everything on our dolls can be completely personalised to suit individual tastes. Customers can create a unique doll completely from scratch or work with the hundreds of faces and body types we have available to customise.”

So, er, look, with Christmas coming up and your hopes of junior ever bringing a real girl home for dinner drying up, you may as well splurge on one of these as a gift.

Now look we wanted to show ya some up close and personal pics of these dolls but Facebook doesn’t want us to, but don’t worry we got ya covered. All the pics are available here for anyone needing to do a bit of research.

Final thought: As you know, we’re all about a fair go here at Ozzy Man Reviews and we reckon this is a bit of harmless fun. It’s not our cup of tea, but if someone wants to bang a life-size replica of their favourite humanoid, why the f**k not? Anyway, we guess all that’s left is for you blokes to tag your nerdy mates and let ‘em know their dream has come true.
